About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Systems Electrical Engineer to join their fully remote team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the architectural design, development, and integration of complex electrical systems. You will drive technical strategy, ensuring the seamless interaction of various electrical components and subsystems to meet challenging project requirements. This position demands a deep understanding of system-level design principles, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead technical initiatives within a distributed team environment, significantly impacting the success of cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust electrical systems, integrating diverse hardware and software components.
- Define system requirements, interfaces, and performance specifications for new electrical system developments.
- Lead the technical direction for electrical system integration, testing, and validation efforts.
- Analyze system performance, identify potential bottlenecks or failure points, and develop effective solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers within the remote team.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems engineering and design, with a focus on system architecture.

- Demonstrated experience with system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and manage distributed engineering teams effectively.
