• Identify opportunities for automation within manufacturing and operational processes.

• Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on automation and robotics.
• Experience with PLC programming, robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA), and HMI development.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT and smart manufacturing.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
