• Lead the system architecture design and development for automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and related systems.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans based on product strategy and customer needs.
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless system functionality.
• Conduct system validation and verification testing, both in simulation environments and on physical test benches and vehicles.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive resolution through effective problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams, as well as external suppliers and partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in automotive systems engineering.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive systems engineering
  , with a focus on embedded systems.
• Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
• Proficiency in system integration, validation, and functional safety (ISO 26262).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
