- Lead the mechanical design and development of robotic systems, end-effectors, and automated machinery from concept to prototype.
- Perform detailed engineering analysis, including structural integrity, kinematics, and dynamics, using advanced simulation tools.
- Collaborate with software and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, control, and sensor systems.
- Specify and select appropriate components, actuators, sensors, and materials, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation , including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues in prototype and deployed systems, providing remote support as needed.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong emphasis on robotics or mechatronics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the design and development of robotic systems and automation equipment .
- Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., Solid Works, Fusion 360, ANSYS) and simulation of dynamic systems.
- Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and mechatronic principles.
- Proven experience with project management and working effectively in distributed, remote teams .
