• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with a significant focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong understanding of process control, thermodynamics, and chemical reaction engineering.
