About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Energy Efficiency Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will assess energy consumption across various client facilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to reduce energy usage and costs. You will work closely with clients to implement energy-saving measures and monitor their effectiveness. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive energy audits and assessments for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Analyze energy usage data and identify key areas for efficiency improvements.
- Develop tailored energy management plans and recommend specific technologies and operational changes.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and projected cost savings.
- Assist clients in implementing energy efficiency projects and tracking their progress.
- Stay current with the latest energy efficiency technologies, best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency consulting or building performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, and industrial processes related to energy consumption.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is highly preferred.
