- Lead the design and optimization of chemical processes, including P&t and equipment specification.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee process scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial production.
- Ensure all process designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and project management, on process implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in chemical process engineering, including design, scale-up, and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of chemical unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction kinetics.
- Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively in a remote team environment.
