Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their fully remote technical team. This role involves providing expert analysis and design for a wide range of civil and infrastructure projects, focusing on ground conditions and earth structures. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating digitally with project managers, geologists, and construction teams across various locations to deliver sound geotechnical solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations, including site assessments, soil testing, and foundation analysis.
• Develop detailed geotechnical designs and reports for foundations, slopes, retaining walls, and earthworks.
• Analyze and interpret subsurface data, providing recommendations for safe and economical construction.
• Collaborate with project teams via video conferencing and digital platforms to integrate geotechnical findings into overall project designs.
• Perform numerical modeling and simulations to assess ground behavior and optimize geotechnical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior geotechnical engineers and technicians remotely.

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Proven experience with various site investigation techniques and laboratory testing interpretation.
• Proficiency in geotechnical design software (e.g., PLAXIS, Geo Studio) and CAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple project deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
