• Develop and implement comprehensive mine plans, including short-term and long-term scheduling, production targets, and resource utilization.

• Lead and mentor a team of mining engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, economic evaluations, and risk assessments for new mining projects and expansions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in open-pit or underground mining operations and mine design principles.
• Strong proficiency in mine planning software (e.g., Deswik, Surpac, Mine2-4D).
• Experience with mine safety regulations and environmental management practices.
