Role Description  The Project Coordinator role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting telecommunications engineering projects from initiation through completion. Daily tasks include organizing project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables, and coordinating communication among engineering staff, clients, and vendors. The Project Coordinator will assist with documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and basic technical records aligned with telecommunications standards.

The role involves monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and helping ensure that resources, timelines, and quality expectations are met. The Project Coordinator will also help maintain digital project files, support compliance with relevant certifications and regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows.
Qualifications
Project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
Communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering teams, clients, and vendors in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of telecommunications or related technical fields; familiarity with professional engineering workflows is beneficial.
Proficiency with productivity and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, online project management platforms, shared document systems).
Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support problem-solving in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
Self-directed work habits, reliability in meeting deadlines, and comfort with remote work practices.
Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in telecommunications, construction, or engineering project environments is a plus; familiarity with certification-driven projects (e.g., TTCP, RCDD, P.E.) is highly beneficial.
