• Manage drilling-related risks, including well control, formation integrity, and equipment reliability.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for offshore drilling operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in offshore drilling engineering, with a strong emphasis on deepwater operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in drilling fluid programs, wellbore stability analysis, and directional drilling.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
