Project Leader – Construction Programme Management

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong project management capabilities to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, and resources, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. • Lead the end-to-end project management of civil engineering initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
