• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD software, ensuring functionality and manufacturability.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, to validate design integrity.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including product managers and electrical engineers, to define project requirements and specifications.
• Create and manage technical documentation, such as drawings, BOMs, and test procedures, for both internal use and client delivery.
• Participate in remote design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems and products.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD (e.g., Inventor, CATIA) and simulation (e.g., ANSYS) software.
• Excellent understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
