Location: Indianapolis
- Lead the architecture and development of wideband, high-performance data converters.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership from concept through silicon validation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design high-speed ADCs and DACs for RF applications.
- Design supporting circuits including input networks, references, and calibration.
- Collaborate with systems and verification teams on specifications.
Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in EE with significant industry experience.
- Deep expertise in GHz-class or multi-GS/s converters.
- Strong understanding of converter architectures and impairments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $190,000 – $285,000 plus equity.
