Technical Recruiter - Engineering

Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter with a specialization in Engineering to join their remote team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing engineers across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. • Source and recruit engineering talent for roles such as mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project engineers, and design specialists.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering candidates, leveraging online job boards, social media, and professional engineering networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for engineering positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering sector, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on engineering industry trends, new technologies, and the competitive talent landscape to advise clients effectively.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines, software tools, and technical terminology.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills, particularly for assessing technical competencies.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet recruitment targets in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with engineers and hiring managers alike.
