Remote Industrial Process Improvement Engineer

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Remote Industrial Process Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position will focus on analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, all while working from a remote location. You will collaborate virtually with diverse teams across the organization to drive sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Analyze operational data and workflows to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for enhanced efficiency.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for team members on new processes and improvement methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt required.
• Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
