You will remotely analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization. Working in a fully remote capacity means you'll collaborate closely with on-site teams and colleagues across different time zones using advanced digital communication platforms.

- Remotely monitor and analyze plant process data to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce waste and enhance yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and equipment failures.
- Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs for proposed modifications.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement changes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in chemical processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in chemical plant operations or process engineering.
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working independently.
- Knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles.
