Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly innovative Remote Manufacturing Process Engineer to contribute to optimizing production lines across various sites, with a focus on remote collaboration and analysis. • Design, develop, and implement improved manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles and statistical analysis.
• Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions for process optimization .
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site engineering teams and production staff to troubleshoot issues and implement process changes.
• Utilize simulation software and data analytics tools to model and predict process performance.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools is a significant advantage.
