This position focuses on enhancing the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our client's diverse chemical operations, entirely from a remote location. You will leverage advanced data analytics, process modeling, and simulation tools to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement solutions across various plant sites.

- Analyze plant operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve yields, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste streams.
- Utilize process simulation software and modeling techniques to test and validate proposed improvements.
- Provide remote technical support and guidance to plant operations teams globally.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on optimization projects and their outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical process technology and optimization methodologies.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in process engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis.
- Expertise in using process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD) and data analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and virtual presentation skills.
