You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their specific technical hiring needs, and sourcing highly skilled engineering professionals. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, from initial client brief to successful placement.

• Solid understanding of various engineering disciplines and the associated talent market.

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Engineering or Human Resources is beneficial.
