Strategic Senior Engineering Manager Remote

Tree House Foods is searching for a Senior Manager, Engineering, to foster a high-performing team in capital planning. This remote position involves guiding internal and external resources to create a comprehensive 5-year capital plan. You will also enhance technical capabilities and manage project KPIs to support operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan

• Lead capital projects following Initiative Management processes

• Oversee team KPIs including budget tracking and safety

• Collaborate with teams across operations and engineering

• Mentor and coach internal and external engineering resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Experience in aseptic environments preferred

• Proven track record in multi-site capital planning

• Formal project management training is a plus

• Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite
