- Analyze production data and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in a remote context.
- Design, develop, and document optimized manufacturing processes and system layouts.
- Implement and champion lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and enhance quality.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor operational performance and track progress on improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with plant managers, operations staff, and cross-functional teams remotely via digital platforms.
- Conduct virtual site assessments and provide expert recommendations for process upgrades and technological integrations.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Over 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong emphasis on process optimization and operations management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing lean Six Sigma projects.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and process simulation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote work setting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
