Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Our client is filling this contract position exclusively through approved staffing partners, so this opportunity is not available by applying directly with the client.
Required- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Pensacola, FL.
- Experience Leading Transmission & Substation or related projects with high-level engineering and project management expertise (15+ years).
- Experience with Safety Management.
- Experience with Schedule Management.
- Experience with Budget Management.
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Experience with Contract Administration.
- Experience with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Compliance.
- Experience with Project Reporting.
- Experience with Project Close Out.
- Experience with Project Communications and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Manage project execution from budgetary approval to completion for large, complex T&S major projects.
- Lead project teams to meet approved budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with T&S Construction on construction schedule, clearance planning, and execution.
- Provide monthly budget forecast spend reports.
- Produce and submit FERC compliance documentation and support final job close out.
- Work directly with T&S major project leadership to resolve project challenges.
- Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and financial performance to meet approved funding requirements.
