As a key member of GCM, you will engage in engineering projects from conceptual through detailed phases. This role demands a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and significant heavy industry experience, ideally in petrochemical or refining sectors. You'll prepare critical project documents and mentor less experienced engineers to enhance their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define projects and develop engineering solutions

• Prepare design basis documents and process simulations

• Perform hydraulic calculations and size equipment

• Ensure deliverable quality and budget compliance

• Mentor junior engineers for skill development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering

• 5-10 years of process design experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Autonomy and technical rigor

• Experience in process safety is a plus
