Remote Civil Engineer - Site Development

This role is critical for managing the planning, design, and approval process for various land development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that sites are developed efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Design and plan site layout, grading, drainage, and utility systems for commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
• Conduct site analysis, including environmental reviews, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and permitting applications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
