Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Industrial Engineer for a fully remote position. You will focus on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our client's operational processes across various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to drive continuous improvement. You will work independently, analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Analyze current operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Design and optimize production layouts, material flow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, focusing on operations and process optimization .
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and process simulation software.
- Experience in managing projects and driving change in operational environments.
- Excellent self-management and communication skills, adept at working effectively in a remote environment .
