Senior Process Engineer - Petrochemical

• Analyze and optimize existing chemical processes to improve yield, efficiency, and throughput.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including P&, equipment modifications, and control strategy enhancements.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams, troubleshooting process-related issues.
• Lead or participate in process design for new projects or plant expansions, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within the petrochemical or oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in leading technical initiatives.
