- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of transportation projects, including roads, highways, intersections, and public transit systems.

- Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and contract documents.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders to build consensus and address concerns.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering their professional development.
- Master's degree in Transportation Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
- Proficiency in transportation planning and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, VISSIM, SIDRA).
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, highway design standards, and urban planning.
