- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing operational processes and identify areas for strategic improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement in a hybrid setting.
