Water Resources Civil Engineer

Our client is seeking a talented Water Resources Civil Engineer to join their progressive team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for managing and developing water-related infrastructure projects, including water supply, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and flood control. You will leverage your expertise to design sustainable solutions that address complex water challenges. • Design and analyze water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping stations.
• Develop stormwater management plans, including hydrological and hydraulic modeling.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for water resource projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure designs comply with environmental regulations and water quality standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve project objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resources engineering .
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM) and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Experience with GIS applications is advantageous.
