- Develop strategic plans for the deployment of new telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic and wireless networks.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and network capacity planning to optimize deployment strategies.
- Analyze geographic data and zoning regulations to identify optimal network routes and locations.
- Create detailed network designs, schematics, and project blueprints for construction and implementation teams.
- Liaise with local authorities, property owners, and other stakeholders to secure permits and right-of-way access.
- Estimate project costs, timelines, and resource requirements for infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, Urban Planning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in infrastructure planning, project management, or network design within the telecoms industry.
- Strong understanding of network deployment processes, including fiber optic and wireless technologies.
- Proficiency with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD tools for network design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and spatial reasoning skills.
