- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, via virtual meetings and collaborative platforms.
- Document process changes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and train remote teams on new methodologies.
- Monitor the performance of implemented processes and conduct root cause analysis for any deviations or quality issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Proven experience in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Competitive salary with remote work flexibility.

- Generous allowance for home office setup and professional development.
- Opportunity to work on global projects with a diverse and international team.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
