Industrial Process Optimization Specialist

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and innovative Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to join their team, remotely supporting operations that include their facility in Mossel Bay. • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing industrial processes across multiple sites to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives remotely, providing guidance and support to on-site teams.
• Utilize advanced analytics and simulation tools to model process changes and predict outcomes before implementation.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, recommendations, and expected ROI.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer across different operational units.

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering with a specialization in process optimization.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification required).
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
