Process Industrial Engineer

• Analyze and map current operational processes using digital tools and provided documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement in workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
• Design and document optimized processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process changes.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in process analysis, design, and optimization, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
