At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! Blue Origin is pioneering the future of space-based communications with Tera Wave, a revolutionary satellite communications network designed to deliver symmetrical data speeds of up to 6 Tbps anywhere on Earth.
This multi-orbit constellation will consist of optically interconnected satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide. Blue Origin is seeking aPrincipal Technical Program Managerto lead development and execution of advancedRF/mmWave front-end integrated circuit (FEIC )programs for Tera Wave. This role will own program execution from early requirements definition through architecture, IC development, tapeout, silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, OSAT engagement, and production transition.
The TPM will collaborate with foundry, product, test and packaging engineers to monitor third-party IP providers, foundry and EDA partners, OSATs, packaging suppliers, test partners, and system stakeholders to ensure FEIC deliverables align with Tera Wave product and mission objectives. The ideal candidate combines formal technical program management discipline with deep technical knowledge ofRFIC development, semiconductor execution, phased-array systems, and/or satellite communications to credibly lead cross-functional teams, manage complex dependencies, and drive programs from concept to qualified production hardware.
