Position: Senior Technical Manager - Hybrid Role

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical and design aspects across multiple projects. Engage deeply with Clearway’s construction, engineering, and project teams, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Your role will involve managing risks, schedules, and design integration while driving innovation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFQ, RFP, and proposal development

• Ensure design aligns with constructability and safety standards

• Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

• Conduct workshops and strategy sessions with stakeholders

• Document and manage technical risks and opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, P.Eng. is essential

• 10+ years in construction and project delivery management

• Knowledge of alternative delivery models required

• Proficient in technical writing and project management tools

• Ability to travel to project sites as required
