Principal Structural Engineer (Progression To Associate) £70,000 - £80,000  Progression  Company Benefits  Bonus  Flexitime London Are you a Principal Structural Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, or similar with experience working across a range of structural materials, looking to join an established consultancy offering progression to Associate, flexible working, and a performance-based company bonus? In this varied role, you will work self-sufficiently on smaller structural projects while managing other engineers on larger schemes.

You will be client-facing, involved in project delivery from concept through to completion, producing and reviewing structural designs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the required technical, commercial, and client standards. This role would suit a Principal Structural Engineer who is still hands on, looking for a Monday to Friday role with flexible start times, hybrid working, a company bonus, and clear progression to Associate.

The Role:

* Managing structural projects from concept through to completion
* Working independently on small projects and overseeing engineers on larger schemes
* Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, flexible start times, with 4 days working from home per month

The Person :
* Principal Structural Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, or similar
* Experience with client-facing work and structural materials
