- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on complex system architecture.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing design projects.
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and signal integrity.
- Proficiency with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., ANSYS, SPICE, MATLAB).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, suitable for a fully remote role based out of Welkom.
