• Develop detailed drilling programs and associated contingency plans for various well types.
• Oversee drilling operations remotely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform real-time monitoring of drilling parameters and operational performance, providing timely interventions.
• Manage the selection and procurement of drilling equipment, services, and materials.
• Conduct post-drilling analysis and cost reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise effectively with project managers, rig personnel, and other stakeholders across different time zones.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in drilling engineering , with a proven ability to manage complex operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in well planning , directional drilling, managed pressure drilling (MPD), and associated technologies.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills suitable for a remote work environment.
