Responsibilities- lead estimating efforts across project stages from feasibility to startup
- prepare TIC estimates
- validate and review external estimates
- conduct risk analysis
- support benchmarking and cost database management
- mentor project teams on FEL phases
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in estimating, project control, or capital management within pharma and biotech sectors, covering drug substance, drug product, and lab projects across R&D, Human Health, and Animal Health
- strong estimating, financial, and project management acumen
- expert in Excel and analytical tools
- capable of remote work with up to 30% travel
- AI fluency
- Lean methodologies (Target Value Delivery, Last Planner)
- knowledge of estimating systems
- market monitoring expertise
- hybrid with travel
- experience with large-scale projects ($5MM to $1B+ TIC)
- cross-disciplinary stakeholder collaboration
- industry-specific cost benchmarking
