You will be responsible for the technical assessment, design, and project oversight of geothermal energy systems, working with a team dedicated to exploring novel energy sources.

- Conduct geological surveys and feasibility studies to identify suitable sites for geothermal energy development.
- Design and engineer geothermal power plant systems, including drilling, extraction, and energy conversion processes.
- Develop technical specifications for drilling equipment, heat exchangers, turbines, and other essential components.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance of geothermal systems.
- Analyze system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards throughout all project phases.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Geothermal Engineering, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in geothermal energy resource assessment and system design.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and geological surveying techniques.
- Experience with geothermal drilling technologies and power generation equipment.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and regulatory frameworks for energy projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
