Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead critical projects within the energy sector in Midrand . This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of renewable energy installations, from initial feasibility studies and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. You will be instrumental in driving the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage all aspects of renewable energy projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and legal departments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and community representatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy industry , with a strong focus on renewables (solar, wind, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale energy projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
