Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior HSE Engineer to provide expert guidance and support for their operations, primarily through a remote work model. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

- Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems.

- Promote a positive safety culture through engagement, communication, and leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the oil and gas industry .
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.
- Strong understanding of process safety management (PSM) principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment, influencing stakeholders across different levels.
