Senior Industrial Engineer - Remote Operations

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to lead critical operational improvement initiatives in a fully remote capacity. • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale operational improvement projects using advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated process simulation models to predict the impact of changes and optimize system performance.
• Analyze complex supply chains, production lines, and logistical networks to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to ensure successful project rollout.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational effectiveness, providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and operational staff in best practices for process improvement and data analysis.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field;
  PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering , with a strong focus on operational strategy and implementation.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt certification preferred) and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects with demonstrable results.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Any Logic, Extend Sim) and data visualization tools.
