Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer with a specialization in process optimization to join their growing team based remotely, with occasional travel to their facilities in Durban . • Develop simulation models to test and validate proposed process changes before full-scale implementation.
• Create detailed process flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with remote and on-site teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of new processes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Proficiency with process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, Any Logic) and data analysis tools.
