Help train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks. You'll take CAD geometry, set up and run simulations, build verified reference solutions, and write Python checks for the agent's results.
Requirements- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field such as energy or oil & gas. A PhD is preferred but not required.
- Several years of hands-on industry or research CFD with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.
- Solid verification and validation practice: mesh-independence studies, and validation against experiment or benchmarks.
- Comfortable with Python and Git Hub.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Nice to have: aerospace, automotive, offshore or turbo machinery background; multiphase or particle-laden flow experience.
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
CompensationOn this project, contributors can earn up to$69 per hour equivalent
