Sales Engineer
The Sr. Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dammam, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving technical sales of membrane and water treatment solutions, including identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day activities include delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to adapt solutions to customer applications.
The Sr. Technical Sales Engineer will develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, support pilot projects and field trials, and gather market and customer feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy. The role also involves preparing documentation, contributing to bids and tenders, and ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability-focused mission and performance standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Sales Engineering, including solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, application support, and customer training.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, enabling clear interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- +15 years relevant experience in water treatment, membranes, process engineering, or environmental technologies is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical) or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, technical documentation, and Microsoft Office; fluency in English is required, and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
