- Collaborate with geological, survey, and operational teams to ensure seamless plan execution.
- Utilize mine planning software (e.g., Deswik, Vulcan, Mine Sight) to generate mine designs and production schedules.
- Monitor plan performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mine planning, with expertise in open-pit or underground mining environments.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard mine planning software such as Deswik, Vulcan, Mine Sight, or similar.
- Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment capabilities, and operational constraints.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
