- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff remotely.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and findings to management and stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design and development, preferably in a remote setting.
- Deep expertise in chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and process control strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with process safety analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software and data analysis tools.
