Senior Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer

• Design and implement secure software architectures for automotive ECUs, infotainment systems, and connectivity platforms.
• Develop and execute security testing strategies, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling.
• Define and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures throughout the automotive development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, systems) to integrate security measures seamlessly.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the automotive industry.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Contribute to the development of secure coding practices and provide guidance to engineering teams in a remote-first setting.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a significant focus on automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems security, network security, cryptography, and secure communication protocols (e.g., TLS/SSL, IPsec).
• Experience with security standards like ISO 21434 and relevant automotive security practices.
• Proficiency in security analysis tools and techniques, including vulnerability scanning and fuzzing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
